Furnace Tune-Up in Elgin

Furnace Tune-Up in Elgin

Furnace tune-ups are far less trouble than replacements – and they cost less, too.

Don't Wait Until Your Furnace Breaks

Christmas is right around and you are thinking of waiting until your furnace is broken before calling your HVAC guy. You won’t want to spend Christmas in a local motel, and we won’t let you, so call us to set up your furnace tune-up.

Has Your Furnace Stopped Working?

Sometimes, the reason a furnace stops working has a very human ring to it. It stops because it’s simply too old. We can help then, too, because we’ll sit down with you and discuss what would make the best (and most cost-effective) replacement. Other times, though – and far more often than any of us would like to think – the cold spreading through the house is not because of the furnace’s age, but because it wasn’t looked after. It wasn’t maintained.

When Should You Get a Furnace Tune-Up?

The two best times of the year for a furnace tune-up are Fall, when you’re about to ask the furnace to start working seriously and to keep doing it for the next six months, and Spring, when the time you most need central heating is coming to an end. Don’t get caught out. And don’t get hit with a big bill, when a relatively small expenditure would have got your furnace into prime working order for the job ahead.
